There are 10 wedding linden trees around the house. In autumn, when the linden trees have been pruned, the house can be seen in all its glory. From May onwards, it slowly disappears behind the shade-providing foliage and stays wonderfully cool throughout the summer. Our farm is not suitable for raucous parties!

From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.
