Brand new apartment, very complete and in an excellent location.

Excellent place, very conveniently located, with private garage and direct access without leaving the building to the Shopping. The building is very good, with heated pool available until 12 at night, game room, sauna... and the apartment of very good quality and with a spectacular view, you can even see the sunset. The host is always attentive, online, even responding to a concern when arriving at 9 pm in less than 20 seconds of sending the message. Highly recommended

Very nice place to stay in Punta. The electricity bill was a little overpriced but overall is a great stay!

Referent to the host: always available and attentive and showing concern and dedication so that our stay was great. Property: It is located in a very nice area, a short distance from the beach, safe environment, inside the apartment is well cared for, spacious, bright and clean, with excellent views, the terrace with a large grill and appropriate furniture, the views from there are incredible and the tranquility of the entire area make it really feel good, as in our own home. it is to highlight the self check-in, both to the underground parking lot, and by the goal , always attentive and available.

A beautiful apartment, just like the photos, comfortable for 4 people and super complete. Also very enjoyable everything the building has to offer (swimming pools, game room, gym and football court for the boys). The surroundings are very nice. Natalie is always attentive. Recommended!!

The apartment is very new and impeccable. Everything you need to spend a few nice days. There were 4 of us (a couple and two children) and we felt very comfortable. The pool area and game room are a 10! If we go back to Punta, we'll be there again!

The dpto had everything you need for an optimal stay. We went as a family (6 in total) and we were comfortable. Pablo the host a 10 always aware and even allowed us to retire later in order to travel quietly. The re building near the beach and with many amenities to take advantage, beautiful patio, indoor and outdoor heated battery and children's playroom. Super friendly staff and everything is always clean. Hopefully we can come back soon. Regards and thank you!!

My experience was just amazing! The site is stunning, with a breathtaking view and an atmosphere that conveys peace and exclusivity. The space is extremely comfortable, well taken care and planned to provide a cozy and relaxing stay. Also, the hostess deserves a special highlight! Always attentive, helpful and careful with every detail, made my stay even more special. His hospitality made all the difference, making the atmosphere welcoming and making everything even more perfect. Without a doubt, a wonderful experience that I recommend to everyone seeking a charming getaway in Punta Ballena!

The apartment is as seen in the photos: really very comfortable. We were three adults and it was perfect. It has all the necessary cooking utensils, the linens and towels were impeccable. The cleanliness was a ten, everything was very neat. They left us bottles of water, some snacks, detergent, sponge, hand soap… you can really get there and not have to rush out to buy anything. The location is excellent: one block from Brava beach, six from Mansa, and with a supermarket five blocks away. You can get around perfectly without a car. The building in general is new and very well maintained. All the common areas are impeccable, and the reception staff were always very friendly and ready to help. The garage is spacious; we left a Taos and it fit in without a problem. The only detail to improve would be to place a blackout in the living room, since whoever sleeps in the single bed gets direct sunlight from a very early time

The house is beautiful , super comfortable and very well equipped . We were 8 people and I had everything you need and more . The complex is very complete , with lots of activities for the kids . Both the complex and above all the house were spotless . Housekeeping is daily . The pool of the house is a plus without a doubt . After a few days of rain came the sink and gardener and they left the garden and pool spotless . We will definitely be back ..

A beautiful accommodation for a few days of peace and quiet. SUPER comfortable bed, complete and very nice house. Laura was super attentive and immediately solved a technical problem with the jacuzzi, very friendly and also knows the area so she recommended very good activities and restaurants. I highly recommend this place 😊

Loving Daniel and wife. The house is super comfortable, the pool and grill with a spectacular view. The only comment is that one of the bathrooms has a construction defect and with wind there can be an ugly smell. Super recommended!

EXCELLENT PLACE , AS DESCRIBED IN THE PHOTOS , THE BEACH IS BEAUTIFUL , THE HOUSE IS IMPECCABLE , WITH ITS SAUNA JACUZZI AND POOL ALINA AND LUIS ALWAYS ATTENTIVE TO WHAT IS NEEDED , WE ENJOY A LOT OF THE STAY , I WENT WITH A PET AND THE PROPERTY IS ALL CLOSED WHICH IS ALSO A TRANQULITY WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK
