Beachfront vacation rentals in Presque Isle County

Stayed in Unit #7 at the Motel which included a kitchenette for cooking light meals. The cable/satellite TV and Wi-Fi worked great; however, the cell service was spotty in the area. The resort sits right on Grand Lake, a beautiful setting behind a row of private cabins and offers a nice view of the Lake. Rental includes guest access to the common beach area. Loraine was very accommodating and helpful with explaining the amenities available. I will definitely consider staying there again!

Grand Lake Cottages is a FABULOUS place to stay. Lori is sooooooooo amazing and she makes you feel right at home like being old friends. The view of the lake is gorgeous even from our suite we stayed in. Very dog friendly as well. Beauty at it's finest!!! Thank You!!!!! Pure Michigan 100%

Absolutely loved our stay here! Even though there are other cabins with guests it was really peaceful and quiet. Our dogs loved playing in the water and there was a big area for them to run around. Great recommendation to go walk around at the lighthouse. Will definitely be returning again ❤️💯

Lorraine was a great host, very helpful and responsive and even helped us to see the northern lights which was such a unique experience. The place was super clean and felt private with our own beach and dock for the boat. Plenty of space in the cabins and in the big yard. We can’t wait to come back again.

The house was very clean and nicely decorated. The windows on the back of the house gave great view of the lake and many beautiful sunsets. The instructions were very clear and easy for us. Garbage and recycling were clearly labeled. The fixings for S’mores was all ready and waiting for us along with the fire pit. The coffee maker provided both grounds and k-cups. The house on the right was a little close for us but we didn’t see any people there during our visit. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated the many extra towels. The pool tables was fun however I would suggest the addition of some board games. Thank you Katrina. We hope to visit with you again one day.

Great place to stay. The first night we had an issue with the hot water and the host quickly dispatched someone to check it out for us and sorted it out quickly. Great Lake views, comfortable and spacious place to stay.

The Lake House was absolutely perfect for our busy family of five (kids ages 14, 11, and 8) plus our golden doodle! We even extended our trip one more day because we didn’t want to leave! The house had plenty of space and everything we needed and more. The property was beautiful and secluded. We spent our time drinking our coffee on the wooden swing watching the sun rise, swimming in the lake, catching frogs and crayfish, and cooking over the campfire at night. The lake is pretty shallow off the dock, so we weren’t able to fish there but we rented a boat from Dodge Marine (highly recommend) and spent a lot of time exploring the rest of Long Lake and fishing. We caught perch, the biggest blue gill I have ever seen, small mouth bass, and pike. Thank you, Nancy, for sharing your home and being a part of creating wonderful memories. It was seriously the best way to close out our summer!

Ileana’s place was perfect. We stay in Rogers City about twice a year and decided against the motel this time and are so thankful for that decision! The space was amazing and the views and beach space with breathtaking. We enjoyed sunrises on the beach, walks on the trails, and peaceful evenings taking in the views. The home is updated and exactly as pictured. The addition of games and foosball was a hit with my son and the property amenities made our stay that much more enjoyable. We hope to be back next summer!

Ideal location serving as a cozy Basecamp for exploring several surrounding winter scenes. Our day consisted of a short drive to Kortmans for breakfast, Family Fare for snacks, Ocqueoc Falls for a snowy hike, and The 211 in Onaway for a filling meal. One of our favorite moments was fully embracing the hygge vibes (fireplace, flameless candles, blankets) and looking out the giant A-frame windows to see a bald eagle catching a fish in the lake then landing in a ice floe to feast. We would recommend this place to anyone seeking to slow down and enjoy a retreat surrounded by nature. This place was the perfect balance of rustic and comfort.

Caitlin’s place was beautiful. The area is very serene and relaxing. The home had all amenities described and more. I especially appreciated all the amenities that were made with kids in mind. We had more than enough space and entertainment options for everyone without even leaving the house. Nearby there is lots to do within 5-30 min drive. Would be a great walking/running area as well. Just note if you go after Oct. 20 some things in the area start closing for the season and most are closed by the 31st. Caitlin was very responsive, helpful, and considerate. She was quick to message back with recommendations and answer questions. We loved our stay at the Toasted Marshmallow!

My sister and I rented Brian's cabin for a spring vacation and unfortunately we got caught in the ice storm. Because of the power outage and downed trees across the lane we were stuck there for 60 hours. Brian kept in contact with us the whole time. He offered to bring us anything we needed and was always available for moral support! Tuesday he was able to reach us and get us out. Wonderful wonderful man!! The cabin was very clean and cozy, the beds were comfortable and the view was astounding! Having two large couches too lounge on was very nice. Highly recommend staying here! Wonderful! The scenery was beautiful, the house was furnished perfectly and communication with Grace was quick. We partook in games that were provided and were able to utilize the back dock to launch our kayaks. The sunroom provided the perfect spot to read a book overlooking the water while the sun came up. Would highly recommend.

First time in Michigan and we had a great experience at Debbie’s place. It was beautiful and it was perfect for our large group! We had a great time and Debbie was a very friendly and helpful host. I would one hundred percent recommend her place, and will definitely be going back as soon as I can 😊

This is our second stay at Brenda’s place and we booked our third stay as we drove away! We have stayed at dozens of AirBNBs and nothing beats this location. The location is private and quiet, and the water is gorgeous. The house has absolutely everything you could need or want. The beds are comfortable and the house is immaculate. I hesitate to say how wonderful it is because I want it to be available for us to stay whenever we want. Thank you for creating such a great place to stay!
