The apartment corresponded to the description, it was clean and it is very functional, it has everything you might need. The neighborhood is very quiet and is close to Uber to various beaches. The reception staff and the locals are very welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend it!

My friends and I love this place. Very cozy and practical. We came to the Carnival and access to the uber was very easy and a very fast trip. Isabel and Celeste were two loved ones and showed availability at all times. We highly recommend it.

The apartment is exactly as advertised, all very clean and neat, the kitchen well equipped, the view from the window is amazing as in the pictures. Marília was quite requested and responded to us quickly, very polite always. We really like it, really perfect.

I stayed in Salvador for work reasons and chose the apartment due to its proximity. The location is good, but there is no bakery and/or markets nearby. The apartment itself is very good, it is on the shady side which makes it not so hot during the day. Silvia's father (Mr. Sérgio) is very helpful and helped me with the requests I had. I recommend it.

Perfect accommodation. Super complete condominium, 24h condominium and super attentive condominium with easy check-in. Apartment in great condition, equipped, room with air conditioning and outside which apartment is super airy. Ana Paula was super kind and easy to communicate, I highly recommend!

We had a great accommodation, the good location with everything close to including the beach of good travel practically in the back of home😀, all quiet with our accommodation and if you have another time we will return home from Mariselma.

The experience was cool. We really liked the house and the neighborhood. The apartment has two bedrooms with beds. But one of the rooms has no window or door, so not much privacy (just so you know). When we arrived, everything was very clean. Once, the water filter broke and Patricia solved it very quickly. Thanks for the hospitality!

Good area to be close to Itapuã beach. The apartment has everything you could possibly need and is next to a restaurant called Tempero da Ma where Marlene cooks amazing food. I would go back 10/10 times if I passed through Salvador.

mr. Miguel, always attentive. giving clear instructions about the house and place where to buy and have lunch, by the way, everything close, if it is the beach, takes the right side, walks about 100 meters and will have a beautiful view of Salvador, water to the knee, very nice to relax, ah, do not forget to take the access key to the beach, there is a gate, which walks closed.

Márcia always very fast in response and allowed us a flexible checkin, the apartment was very clean and tidy, the sea view is really stunning, but from the photos we imagined that the space would be bigger. The building's elevator is very old and confusing. The building has a 24-hour gatehouse with very gentle gatekeepers. Overall it was a great experience.

We came in a family and rented two units, the apt that my in-laws stayed, was impeccable! All brand new and very clean. In mine had some maintenance details but nothing serious. O Host attentive and responsive. We take advantage of the amenities offered by the condominium. We would definitely stay again.

The apartment is very cozy. The sea view is beautiful and at night it is possible to sleep listening to the sound of the waves, even with the noise of the automobiles on the avenue. On Friday it was a bit difficult to sleep because of the noise on the street, but the other days were very quiet. It has basic cooking utensils for preparing meals. The only thing that can bother you when cooking is the faucet, which has a difficult handling. The air-conditioning was working very well, accounting for the heat. The highlight is even with the balcony and the amazing sea view, both in the living room and in the bedroom. Mr. Cézar was so kind and welcoming with us. Finally, the stay is well worth it and we intend to come back one day.
