Monthly Rentals in Perth

The unit is extremely clean, the amenities are functional and well maintained. The entire unit's upkeep is undeniably of professional standards. All necessary utilities were available and there were many snacks/breakfast options. Marie and Shonna are very pleasant and welcoming hosts. They ensured a hospitable experience for us and even checked in at the 1 week mark to offer a change of linen and ask if we needed anything else. We had a comfortable 2 week stay there and began to miss the warm homely environment very soon after we checked out! We also accidentally left some items behind, Marie and Shonna stored them safely and communicated with us for an easy pickup. We will definitely stay here again if we come back!

Spacious, clean, and well equipped flat in a quiet position just out of Perth. Terrific location for using public transport to explore the city, or alternatively enjoy the hills! The flat had everything we needed for a 2 week stay. Isabell, her family, and Millie (the beautiful dog) were all very welcoming and made us feel right at home!

We had a wonderful stay in Deb's property and would love to return in future. Deb is a gracious and welcoming host who we even had the chance to get to know when she invited us over for nibbles. Her property is well-equipped, conveniently located near the station and riverside, and spacious. This was a great AirBnB experience!
