Nice and comfy apartment with own entrance

Beautiful, quiet and bright apartment with terrace and private entrance. Through the separate outdoor entrance you can reach the apartment in the basement of the house. It offers a living room with dining table, chairs and kitchen and an exit to the terrace. In the hallway there is a wardrobe and plenty storage space. The bathroom comes with a shower, toilet as well as a large washbasin. Directly attached (without a door) is the bedroom with 1.40m bed and wardrobe.

It is a larger, beautifully bright room on the 1st floor with a new sofa bed (Oct. 2019) with mattress 140x200 and a gallery with a "normal" 100x200 new bed (attention only partially narrow standing height!), nevertheless 1st choice for sleeping. The private bathroom is also located on the 1st floor, right next to it. Relatively quiet location; about 2.5 km from the city center, about 2.1 km from Hagen (Gäubodenfest) and just over 1 km from the university.

It is a small, nice room on the ground floor, wooden floor with window and patio door, a small table with chair, etc., right next to it is a toilet. The bed (120x200 cm ) is suitable for couples for a short time. The bathroom is on the 1st floor, next to my 2nd room. If this is rented, you have to share the bathroom. Quietly located, about 2.5 km from the city center and just over 1 km from the university.
