I'll drive you to the most beautiful vineyards and family wineries of the region where you'll meet the winegrowers and the family members of the cellars. A member of the family will explain you the process of the wine and cava making. We visit two old wineries in the countryside and we taste some Premium wines or cavas with snack in each winery. While we're on the car among the historical vineyards I'll explain you all the secrets, curiosities and peculiarities of the region. After all we'll rest - we'll have time to chill- in a grass area among vineyards and old trees. I'll prepare a picnic to enjoy local products and of course try other wines/cavas of the region (number of cups of cava/wine unlimited during the meal). The meal is always at the end of the tour. At the end of this Indiano's promenade, we will reach the Sitges center, where one of the most representative houses take place. Thereupon we are going to reach the old town where we will found all the historical buildings as the Church, the ancient Castle, the Cau Ferrat museum and the Maricel Palace. This bike-wine tour is a fantastic chance for wine and cava lovers to discover a small winery that has been in the same family for 9 generations, visit the cellar, taste the handmade products and enhance your education on the vine-to-bottle process. We will start the day by picking you up at your accommodation and driving up to the Penedes region. A 17 Km ride mostly downhill or on the flat will take us to discover, hidden tracks and bike routes that only locals use and know about—surrounded by lovely scenery of vineyards and wineries. The last part of the ride will take us to Caves Romagosa Torné where we will be tasting 3 different types of cavas, and a bit of wine. To finish, we drive you back to your accommodation in Sitges. We will go to climb single routes in Montserrat, the sacred mountain. one of the most incredible areas to climb in Catalonia. For the unique geological formation in the whole world and its good panoramic views of the whole mountain range. The rock is conglomerate type and with different types of holes. Once we are at the bottom of the wall, we will warm up and review the climbing technique. We will check that all of us have a good team. I have all the climbing equipment approved and in good condition (harness, ropes, carabiners and safety devices) We will perform the activity safely and at the same time fun, in one of the best places for the practice of sport climbing in Catalonia. The crag orientation is south and north so we will have Sun and shadow all day. If you have doubts while you are climbing I will help you so that you can progress without problems because I know all the routes. We will be climbing 4 hours and you will be able to do 5 minimum routes with different heights, from 15 meters to 30 meters. (It's single routes) Other things to note I'm a qualified mountain guide about climbing. I am a member of the Spanish association of mountain guides, internationally recognized. I am a professional and responsable guide.

- I will pick you up at Sant Sadurní d'Anoia train station, seven minutes by car from where I live and we will start the route. Train time from Barcelona is 45 min away. -We will walk for about two hours on vineyard and forest roads in the more rural part of the municipality of Subirats, located in the Penedès. -The route will be circular and will take you through an elevated part of about 350 meters with spectacular views of the Penedès and the magical mountain of Montserrat. As we walk around, I will explain some curiosities and uses of the medicinal and edible plants we encounter, as well as places of interest in my village where I was born. -We will follow the path until we reach my cottage, where in the garden of the house we will taste regional tapas and prepare other tapas together with edible plants and flowers, accompanied by herbal tea from my garden and whoever wants can taste my herbal liqueur,known as Ratafia. -At the end I will take you back to the station or if you want there is the option to spend the afternoon and get to know nearby places such as Sitges or Vilafranca del Penedès, separate transportation. This last option has a separate fee, and you have to let me know before you come to see if it's possible.
