Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.

This charming cottage located in the heart of La Brière will accommodate 4 people and up to 6 on an ad hoc basis. It is located 2 Km from the city center, 15 Km from the seaside and 20 minutes from La Baule. La Brière, Regional Park since 1970, will offer you a multitude of bike or barge rides, to discover the protected fauna and flora in this corner of France away from the tumult of the Coast.

The Duck Pond, Ménac Island

Typical maisonette (BF directory), stone exterior, "tiny house" all wood interior: a cozy nest of 20 m2 in the shade of the large tree. Bonus: bathtub to cool off by the window overlooking the garden! Garden (fully enclosed) ideal for a nap or a meal under the big tree. + bicycles safely. We may run into each other, but I'm very discreet! A stay in "pause" mode in perspective.
