[Shinmitsu - Summer Hakuba/Kamikochi] Entire house for up to 12 people | 2 authentic saunas
Use Azumino and Ikeda-cho as your base in summer to enjoy the spectacular views of the Northern Alps. You can fully enjoy mountain sightseeing unique to this season, such as Kamikochi, the Tateyama-Kurobe Alpine Route, and Hakuba Happo Pond. Go to the mountains and highlands during the day, and enjoy the tranquility of the countryside at night. This is a rental cottage where you can enjoy a sauna, BBQ, and the starry sky. It is recommended not only for those who want to relax in Azumino and Ikeda-cho, but also as a base for sightseeing in Kamikochi and Hakuba, for stays of one night or more. Currently, accommodation is available from June 29th to July 3rd, and this is the time when you can see many fireflies nearby. Would you like to enjoy the new greenery, BBQ, and sauna in quiet Shinshu before the summer vacation? Convenient location as a base for sightseeing in Hakuba, Kamikochi, and Tateyama-Kurobe. It can accommodate group trips, family trips, and stays of several nights to long-term stays. There is a laundry machine and a bathroom with a dryer for a comfortable extended stay. You can get here by public transportation, but having a car is more convenient in this area. If you come by train, there may not be a taxi, so we recommend planning your transportation in advance. Free pick up and drop off is available from Akeshi Station and Shinano-Matsukawa Station. Paid transfers to and from Matsumoto Station, Nagano Station, and Sawando Bus Terminal are available upon consultation.

Limited to one group per day, Mökki is a small cottage with a garden by a stream
Mökki means "cottage" in Finnish. Enjoy your time in a special place surrounded by nature. Guest house Mökki is located in Shinano-cho, which is blessed with forests, lakes, and snow in the northern part of Nagano Prefecture, and there are many natural places nearby such as Kurohime Kogen, Lake Nojiri, and Togakushi. Feel free to use the entire building, which has been renovated with natural materials such as cedar, cypress, and plaster, as well as the natural garden that creates seasonal scenery and the forest where the stream flows. You can see birds, squirrels, and martens in the forest, and you can enjoy walking around looking for wild vegetables and mushrooms, as well as swings and hammocks. We also paid attention to the interior of the room and kitchen utensils so that you can enjoy "living". At the pavilion by the stream, you can enjoy BBQs and campfires without worrying about the weather. In the green season, it is the perfect base for hiking, fishing, paddle boarding, and golf, and in the snow season, it is also the perfect base for winter sports. We also have a celebration cake service for guests celebrating birthdays and anniversaries. Please check with me in advanced.

A private rental inn in the heart of Nozawa Onsen Village Great for families
There is a shower room! Safe even with small children! You can enter whenever you want! Located in the center, you can go to the slopes, hot springs, and restaurants without a car. Recommended for families, friends, and groups as it is a private rental. We renovated a traditional house in Nozawa Onsen Village, and I think you can feel comfort and timelessness while emphasizing simplicity and functionality. The house has a drying room in the basement, a guest room on the 1st and 2nd floors, and a kitchen, living room, and bedroom. Baths, outdoor baths, and hot spring facilities are also within walking distance. There is also a shower room in the house. There is a kitchen so you can cook, and there are many restaurants so you can enjoy delicious food. 2-minute walk to the bus stop to the slopes 5-minute walk to the nearby slopes Parking for one car is available

Enjoy the view of Lake Nojiri, with a private sauna, Anoie (あの家)
This house overlooks Lake Nojiri and has a superb view. There are several ski resorts (Myoko, Kurohime, Madarao) about 15-20 minutes away by car, making it a perfect base for winter sports. Enjoy the wood stove sauna and the water bath with a view. There are no private houses around, so you can listen to music and watch movies loudly. Because it is a house located deep in the mountains, we take the best measures, but in the warm season, insects come out. It snows a lot in winter. In autumn, fallen leaves dance. You will also need to adjust the wood stove fire yourself. It's not an easy house to live in, but we promise you a great view and experience. Enjoy cooking with a counter kitchen with a view, condiments and cooking utensils. (There is no equipment for BBQ)

森の一棟貸し|Quiet cottage in the Kurohime Highlands|Nüek Kurohime
🍃 “Nüek” is a small, renovated traditional kominka house located in the Kurohime Kogen area of Nagano, available for private rental. The renovation was attended by Studio Sayapu led by Mr. Kitazawa, an artist based in Nagano. The company's craftsmen, focusing on Kitazawa's sensibilities, brought out the power of the old private house and finished it into a space that quietly embodies sophistication while making use of its charm. It is cool in summer, and in winter you can enjoy skiing and snow views.Surrounded by nature, time passes as you gently prepare yourself. It's not a place to stay at the end of a trip, but a place where the accommodation itself is the destination of the trip. Enjoy a special time that can only be had in a small, secluded inn 🏠🍃 ⸻

Rock Forest Hokuriku Izawa [BBQ in the fireplace in the forest & hot spring bath fed by a source spring on a rock]
A 1000 square meter private villa with 7 spaces. The entire "Rock Forest" has seven main concepts. We offer each "way of spending time". After procuring fresh ingredients locally, move to the Rock Forest, park your car in the parking lot, and go up the stairs to bring the ingredients to the hearth space. You won't see any other people. It is 60 minutes by Shinkansen from Tokyo to Karuizawa, and 30 minutes by car from Karuizawa Station, so you can work in the morning and take a half-day off in the afternoon, for example. Surrounded by nature, you can relax and enjoy an extraordinary time. < Winter season November-March > The outdoor bath is closed during the winter months.
