Monthly Rentals in North Mountain Village, Phoenix

This place was wonderful! My flight was delayed so I spent less time than wanted but most def would come back. The place is so nice. Got to do some bird watching, watched the sun rise. The bath tub was everything. Thomasina was great with proactive communication. Only thing I would flag is if you have any back problems you may not want to sleep on the pull out couch but the main bed seemed comfy.

Linda's place, while small, as accurately described, was quite sufficient for our needs during our 14 day stay. Everything was neat and clean. We loved being able to sit out in the back yard with our coffee or a meal while enjoying the beautiful landscape. We also enjoyed having a park very close by where we walked and played some disc golf. Linda was a great host, very friendly, and provided us with some great recommendations for nearby restaurants and museums. We would definitely stay at Linda's place again when visiting Phoenix.

Condo and grounds were nice. The unit was well stocked with supplies. The neighborhood is older with quite a few panhandlers. We didn’t spend much time in the neighborhood and really didn’t go out at night. Good value all in all.
