Between water activities, swimming, hiking and mountain biking, all the pleasures will be fulfilled! Whether you want to rest or work out, Lake Settons is the perfect place, and in any season! The cottage is in a small residence with other cottages, and a pond for fishing. 1 living room with small kitchen, 1 bedroom (double bed) 1 mezzanine (2 single beds)

Hidden between maples and bamboos, the chestnut cottage is located right on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water. Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.

Our Scale

A lovely vacation home with a swimming pool and large sun terrace. Where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. Air conditioning on 2nd floor, fan on ground floor. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. You will experience the quiet countryside but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

On the island: an enchanting place to "pause"

This master house shares its courtyard with an oil mill in Donzy and its charm will not leave you indifferent. It is majestically situated on the river. We recently renovated it, preserving its authenticity and character, it will be ideal for a few days with family or friends, close to Pouilly and Sancerre, close to the Château de Guédelon. 5 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a friendly living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 beautiful terraces. For nature lovers in winter and summer, this green setting invites you to take wonderful walks.

A wonderful stay at Château de Paraize: staying in the French countryside with beautiful views of the horses in the fields. The river Allier is within walking distance, enjoy beautiful nature, old towns, wine estates, markets with good food or flea markets. Or bbq with us at Paraize itself, participate in a wine tasting in the old wine cellar by candlelight, or just enjoy the campfire.

Charming mill in Burgundy – near Vezelay

Located on the banks of the river, on a charming 1.5 ha property, our mill is an ideal place to spend wonderful moments with friends and family. Ideally located to explore Burgundy (18 km Vézelay), stroll along the Nivernais canal, swim at the foot of the mill, go canoeing, cycling... the possibilities are endless. The Mill has 16 beds (in 2 houses: the Mill and a cottage).
