Absolutely loved my stay! The place was exactly as described in the listing—clean, spacious, and in a perfect location. The attention to detail was impressive, from the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy bedding that made for an amazing night’s sleep. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in seamless. Whether you're here for a relaxing getaway or to explore the area, this place has everything you need. Would definitely stay again!

I had to evacuate from Santa Monica from the fires and was extremely scared. I found this rental and it ended up being my home for the next two weeks. I am so grateful for this place, as it provided me time to process and help out other friends that happened to be displaced. The communication was amazing as I had to keep extending my stay, I had a response and a solution in 10 minutes or less. The area is stunning, it's right next to the beach and for me that was the most healing part. The inside is beautiful and it really felt like my home away from home. We loved it so much we will be coming back again in the future and making it a tradition! You will not regret staying here it's just the place to be <3

This place is a gem. It’s literally a few steps away from the beach in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. The house itself is a sanctuary, has all your amenities that you might need and want, two terraces to soak up the California sun. I couldn’t recommend this place enough for anyone visiting the OC/Newport area.
