The 380 square foot studio guest house (open concept) sits behind our Bungalow in a centrally located historic neighborhood.; a 15-20 minute walk to Durham's vibrant Central Park District and a little further to downtown. Close by restaurants, music, movies and shows. Sleeps 2 comfortably on queen bed, and 2 additional on convertible couch from IKEA. Living area joins kitchen and is open to bedroom (see photos). Vaulted ceilings create openness.

I turned my house into a duplex, by turning a very 70s addition into a private, cozy, and charming space. There's a kitchenette, a dining area, and a sitting area, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The location would be ideal for someone who needs quick access to Duke Regional Hospital (4 minutes away) or downtown (6 minutes), or someone who wants to keep up a running habit (the greenway is nearby). A taqueria, a grocery store, and a coffee shop are within walking distance.
