! No smoking allowed! Nice studio (renovated in January 2022) with its own bathroom and kitchenette, sleeping up to 4 people. The studio is located on Rue d'Arènes, on the 2nd floor overlooking the courtyard; a stone's throw from the Pont Battant, a lively neighborhood in the center. The neighborhood is now restricted and car access to our street is no longer possible. You have to park on the outskirts (see the recommended parking lots below) and then walk a few minutes to our accommodation. Fiber via Wi-Fi.
