Pristine, brand new 2BR/2Bath apartment on Miami Beach (Mid-Beach, right in between Soho House and Bath Club). Building has 24h doorman, valet parking, recently renovated pool, gym, and direct beach access. Sun loungers/umbrellas are available for guests. 1 king bed in master bedroom 1 queen bed with tempurpedic topper (pull-out couch) 1 portable crib 40" L x 28" W 10-15 mins from South Beach, Wynwood, Bal Harbour, Design District... but no need to go far as the building sits on the beach!

A large, inviting pool area is surrounded by lush palm trees and comfortable lounge chairs. The water is a vibrant blue, reflecting the clear sky. Guests can be seen relaxing by the poolside and enjoying the serene atmosphere, with tropical landscaping enhancing the outdoor space.
