Designer flat, located in the La Latina neighbourhood, is a 160 m2 underground gem that can accommodate up to 4 people. With 2 elegant bedrooms and a separate office with an additional sofa bed. Although it is a ground floor apartment, its refurbished and modern interior surprises with its open and airy style. Please note that light is limited due to its location and you will not find balconies or large windows. Enjoy TV via Chromecast. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Gala | Functional Space for Temporary Stays

Apartment for temporary stays for days or weeks, ideal for those who travel to Madrid for professional, academic, personal or occasional reasons. The house is equipped for a comfortable and functional stay, with space to work and rest in an urban environment. Located in the Palacio neighborhood, with good transport connections and access to services, which facilitates mobility around the city. If it's busy, ask us. We have another identical twin on the same floor.

Lovely apartment - La Latina

Very bright apartment, quiet, safe and friendly apartment. It has internet/TV, heating, a washer/dryer and a full kitchen. There is an elevator, but being a first floor, you can walk up. The apartment is newly painted and arranged (December 2023). It is located in front of the Cebada Market in the historic downtown neighborhood of La Latina, a 5-minute walk from Plaza Mayor and 7 minutes from La Puerta de Sol. The La Latina subway is 100 meters away from the gate.
