Located along Playa Paraiso between Playa Del Carmen and Puerto Morelos, Villa Carolina is a masterfully designed luxury retreat in the heart of the Mayan Riviera. Built by renowned local architect Jesus Romero, this bijou villa was first graced by Oscar award winning legend Sir Ben Kingsley and, no doubt, offers some of the best views of the Caribbean. Playa Paraiso is a private, gated community with twenty-four hour security located on one of the best white sand beaches in the world.
The light colored deck and the white sands right against it lend the look of an oasis to the pristine infinity swimming pool that includes a swim-up bar with water stools. Ample sun loungers have been laid onto the deck. The alfresco experience is rounded out with an outdoor shower and a charcoal grill. Indoors, you will find satellite TV and Bose surround sound. Your reservation includes housekeeping six days a week, a villa manager and Wi-Fi access.
The decorative highlights at Villa Carolina include mahogany doors and cabinetry, granite countertops, ceramic tile throughout and a gourmet chef’s kitchen with high-end appliances. The adjacent formal living area provides a stellar view of the lawn, white sands and turquoise sea. The living room includes comfortable sofas and a direct view to the upper deck.
Five lovely bedrooms accommodate up to ten guests at Villa Carolina. Children are welcome. Three bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms, and four of the suites provide direct access to the temperate climate just outside.
Villa Carolina is a quick five minute drive to Puerto Morelos and a ten to fifteen minute drive to Playa del Carmen. You will surely enjoy the tranquility and relaxation you’ll experience at Playa Paraiso, but if you’re looking for activities, you will find amazing options for golf, water sports and sight seeing nearby. Playa del Carmen and Cancun also offer many opportunities for dining, shopping and nightlife.
