Ideal for couples or families with children, the house was completely renovated a few years ago and offers all the comforts for a pleasant vacation. It has a quiet enclosed west-facing garden, not overlooked, with garden furniture, barbecue and large terrace. Cleaning is to be done before leaving.

This charming two-room apartment is very well located because you can do anything on foot: 3 minutes from the large beach, 5 minutes from the Thermes Marins and 20 minutes from Intra-Muros. Supermarket and market, pharmacy and bakery nearby as well as restaurants and cafes. You can park right in front of the apartment and you have a small terrace overlooking the street. Be careful with grandchildren, the terrace is not closed.
