Relaxing Country Getaway- come hike or just R&R

This is an eclectic space that was a former art studio. The artist who lives just next door, keeps a private working studio in the loft. Although it is inaccessible to our guests, you will see her art on the walls and her creative side in the large lady shown in the pictures. Firepit and wood available. 5 hiking trails on 300 acres! Nov7-Dec 7th we will have hunters and trails may not be available Important: please read the house rules before booking with pets. We do also have a pet fee.

We offer a clean and cozy lower-level apartment with a private entrance, 2 bedrooms/1 bath, snack/coffee bar with an assortment of snacks, tea, and coffee, a living room, reclining sofa, pool table, electric fireplace, RokuTV, small table/2 chairs and an outdoor patio area. We are located on a 250-acre family farm with a walking path, woods, creek, and cabin.

Hike in the Hocking Hills, check out nearby historical sites, then relax and rejuvenate at the cabin. Rushville is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Red Fox Hollow sleeps 6 with 1 Queen Bed, a loft with 2 Twin Beds (and a pull out trundle), and a Queen pull out couch. We are in a great private location that is 10 minutes from Clear Creek Metro Park and Christmas Rocks, 20 minutes from Cantwell Cliffs and Rockhouse, and 30 minutes to Old Man's Cave.

Please note that the cottage is on the same property as the Rockmill Farmhouse.
