Gwen’s place is absolutely darling. The art and vintage touches make it such a fun place to stay and enjoy. She had so many thoughtful touches as well. Great location for access to downtown Dallas. Highly recommend.

I had a conference in Dallas and wanted to find something other than a hotel room. Adrian’s place was the perfect place to unwind after a busy day. It was located in a safe and beautiful area, a short 8 minute Uber drive to downtown.

Price was extremely helpful. The unit is a bit hard to find he provided videos to help with checkin. His uniwas extremely clean & has a lovely patio, which was perfect for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. I had had an extremely difficult day, canceled flight, a problem with checking into another unit, etc & he really saved my day.

We stayed here for a friend’s wedding at the Warwick and it was perfect! The place was so clean, welcoming, and the kitchen and bathroom were very well stocked. Teresa was so kind and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed our time here. Very comfortable and great amenities. We will be back!

This was the cleanest Airbnb we have ever stayed in. My wife was very impressed and wanted to thank them personally. There is a reason they have great reviews. We in town for the Cowboys game and also wanted to be close to the downtown area of Grapevine. The whole stay was perfect.

This place was perfect for my husband, my 5 year old and myself. It was a perfect cozy size and it had really high ceilings so it felt Lux. Everything we could possible need was provided and Daniel was very proactive with communication. The bed was super comfortable and the bathtub was deep. Everything I could have wanted for a bit of peace and relaxation. My family is near this place so I am sure we will stay again.

We had a great stay at this inviting 3-story townhome. Lots of space for the number of guests, clean areas all around, and nice view of the lake.

We had a great stay at this beautiful home for my girlfriend’s 30th birthday! We loved the karaoke room and the decor was incredible throughout the house. A couple things to be aware of if you’re hosting a larger group (8 people): -this is a DUPLEX so you share a wall with neighbors. The neighbor’s WiFi was named “WeReportAirBnBs”. We were cognizant of the fact that we were sharing a wall and did our best to stay quiet but they reported the property directly to Air Bnb rather than to Rosie or simply knocking on the door. -parking is tricky! The garage has two spaces and the driveway has two and we weren’t sure if you could park on the street All that being said, we had an amazing weekend! Rosie was friendly, communicative, and understanding. Thanks for opening your home to us!

We enjoyed staying here to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday. Everything looks just like the pictures. If I had to mention anything it is just that the oven is a slightly different type of oven and to be prepared for that in case you were hoping to cook. Once I figured out how to use it, it was just fine.

We had an amazing stay. Zara was an amazing host and the house is an easy 5 ⭐️. Everything from exterior to interior was exquisite.

We stayed here for a concert and it was a great place. About 15-20 minutes from the venue. Kane and Melanie’s place was perfect. Clean, spacious, had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, shower was perfect and would recommend their place to anyone. Would definitely stay here again if in the area. Communication was top notch as well. Thanks for a great stay.

Tiffany had excellent response time with any questions we had. She was flexible with our requests. The accomadations were very clean. Appliances in the kitchen very nice. Various notions and incidentals were available for use if needed. Complimentary bottled water was a nice welcome. We enjoyed the view from the back patio and spent time there to relax. This location is close to restaurants, Bass Pro Shop, gas & convenience store and easy to find from the nearest highway. We were comfortable and plan to return again when visiting family nearby.

Great area/location, a reserved parking space, and easy to find. Close to restaurants and other areas of interest. The condo itself is a great and one that I would book again if I'm back in the area and is available.

Kenneth was always available to help us and gave very clear instructions on how to get to his condo. I know in other comments it was mentioned the difficulty of getting to the spot but that was not our experience. Kenneth gives clear directions on how to get to his condo. We felt right at home at Christina & Michelle’s Airbnb. We booked the accommodation on short notice, and communication was seamless. We especially appreciated the flexibility with both check-in and check-out times! The property was exactly as described—very clean, easy to find, and located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Downtown Dallas was easily accessible, and there were several restaurants and a Trader Joe’s nearby for groceries. If we visit Dallas again, we’d gladly stay here again!
