The Tambaú neighborhood in João Pessoa is one of the most famous and valued in the city, known for its privileged location by the sea. RESERVATION PROCEDURE:
After the reservation is confirmed, the host will request a photo of your ID (front and back) or driver's license, accompanied by a selfie, one day before check-in. The same procedure will be required for each companion. This is our safety standard to ensure peace of mind for both you and us.

Check-in: from 3 p.m.
Check-out: 12 noon.
The period between 12 noon and 3 p.m. is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest. To request an early check-in, contact the administrator to check availability.

Automatic reservations are accepted only until 9 p.m. After this time, availability will be checked by the team (Hours of operation from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.). We do not accept reservations after this time. If there is a possibility of acceptance, we will notify you in advance through the message box. Check-in during the night or in the morning: If necessary, you must also make the reservation the day before.

Apartment Use Rules:
Damages and Fines: In case of damage, the replacement value of the damaged item will be charged. Do not use body and face towels as floor cloths, avoiding a fine of R$ 100.00 per damaged piece, the same goes for stained sheets.- NO SMOKING in the accommodation and leisure areas.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Cancellations requested up to 30 days before the check-in date: full refund (100%).
Cancellations requested between 15 and 29 days before check-in: 50% refund of the amount paid.
Cancellations requested less than 15 days in advance or on the day of check-in: no refund.
SWIMMING POOL:
- Located on the penthouse.
- Hours of use: 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.
- At the moment, no pool maintenance days.
- In addition, when booking, you will have access to the common areas of the building: swimming pool, gym and toy library, ensuring leisure and wellness options for all tastes. Enjoy the best of both worlds: relaxation and productivity, all in one place.
- The grocery store is open 24 hours, with a self-service system for you to choose and pay for products quickly and safely, at any time.
LINEN:
- Consists of 1 bed sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases and bath towels according to the number of guests entered in the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom. - Subject to a fine of R$ 100 per damaged piece when using bath towels improperly.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Cleaning and changing of bed/bath linens are carried out only once, upon entering the accommodation.
- ATTENTION: In case of loss of the ACCOMMODATION ACCESS TAG/KEY, a FINE of R$80.00 will be charged to cover the costs of calling a locksmith and/or acquiring a new TAG/KEY.
- Access to the Gym, Swimming Pool, Playroom and Coworking (this for a fee) as common areas.
- Faults in housekeeping/cleaning must be reported immediately.
- Visitors are NOT allowed.
- Use of the service elevator: With wet clothes and for luggage.
- Breakfast is not included in the daily rates, it is served in our charming Move Coffee & Bistrô and costs R$ 32.00 per person. A practical, tasty and on-site option to get your day off to a good start!
- For lunch, the price may vary — so we recommend checking directly at the reception. There you can also confirm the Bistro's opening hours.
