Perfect corner unit. 3 miles to the strip. Remodeled so everything is new and clean. It is the perfect condo for a comfortable work or holiday stay. Nearby stores include Starbucks, Walmart Supercenter, Vons, Denny's, plenty of fast food. Quick Lyft/Uber ride to the attractions.

** Please note this is a quiet community. I would appreciate it if you can keep your noise at a reasonable level. **

The space
Excellent location in Las Vegas, near everything in a modest but safe community.

The kitchen includes refrigerator, full stove/oven, microwave, blender, dishes, etc..

REVERSE OSMOSIS water filter so you will have unlimited clean refreshing water without having to get it at the store.

TV in living room and both bedrooms.

Full bathroom accessible from main living area. Half bath is in one of the bedrooms.

Full closet in each bedroom.

Pool is open 10am to 10pm from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.

Washer and dryer available in unit so you can travel light yet always be clean and fresh. I provide detergent and fabric softener. Ironing board and iron included.

You can see from reviews I take cleanliness very seriously.

The condo is located on the 2nd floor of the building so there is no overhead noise and quite in general.
