The space
This is the most serene, private, and luxurious property in the area. It's almost like renting your own resort less than a mile from the New River Gorge National Park Headquarters.

You can stargaze in the hot tub, play arcade games or pingpong in one of the game rooms, talk with friends in the parlor, feast in the dining room, or stream your favorite show in the den. 5 bedrooms, 2 pull-out love seats, and a spare inflatable Queen leave room for your whole crew to sleep.

Outside, you can sip tea and picnic on the covered porch, or build a fire in the firepit. 6 acres leaves room to explore the woods or play your favorite games in the huge meadow. Expect regular visits from the local deer, squirrels, birds, and other wildlife.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire 3200 +/- sq ft house except the basement and garage. Easily accessible from a private entrance with parking for many cars.

Other things to note
The fireplaces are romantic, but only for decoration. Wifi is available and Smart TVs in 5 rooms allow you to stream your favorite shows.
