The space
Luxury apartment with beach access in an exclusive and quiet Caribbean resort. Walk 3-4 minutes and arrive at a transparent and quiet beach with crystal clear water. It has a restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner (closed on Tuesdays).
There is also a mini-market inside the complex where you can buy prepared food, snacks, beer, Starbucks coffee, sunscreen, or whatever you need!
You can take a cooler to the beach that you will find in the apartment, where you can take soft drinks and canned beers, snacks, etc. (you can only consume on the beach, provided that the order of the complex is maintained and taking care not to leave garbage on the beach).
You can also enjoy tennis courts, paddle tennis, a gym, business center, beach club, private beach with kayaks, sun loungers, palapas, and more. All at no extra charge!

Although it has no windows, the space is comfortable and features a double bed, a full bathroom, and air conditioning. It is a practical, private and functional place.

Guest access
The entire apartment is for you. Enjoy this beautiful place with a marina and a beach with sun loungers, lounge chairs, and umbrellas included. Play padel or tennis, take a walk around the lighthouse, use the gym, pools and jacuzzis, take your kids to the playroom or the mini market, have a piña colada at our beach club, enjoy nature!!🌴
Other things to note
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and on the terraces. If there is any evidence of cigarettes or any other smoking products, a $1,000 USD fine will apply, in addition to any charges for damage to furniture, fabrics, or other areas of the property.
Pets are not allowed, including dogs of any size.
Visitors or additional guests are not allowed inside the residential community or the apartment, even if they are not staying overnight.
Once your reservation is confirmed, all guests must provide a valid government-issued ID to complete the required registration and arrange access to the residential community.
Upon arrival, all guests must sign the residential community and apartment rules as a requirement for check-in.
The residential community uses an identification wristband system. All guests must wear their wristbands during their stay and follow the rules established by the property management.
Failure to follow any of these rules may result in penalties from the residential management, financial fines, restricted access to amenities, or, in serious or repeated cases, cancellation of the stay without a refund.
If you plan to bring a car during your stay, you will need to request a parking access tag at the front desk during check-in. A $1,000 MXN refundable deposit is required. The full amount will be refunded when you return the access tag before check-out.
These policies are established by the residential community management and are mandatory for all guests. By confirming your reservation, you agree to comply with all of them.
Important: Once your reservation is confirmed, you will be asked to complete our pre-arrival registration process. As part of this process, you will need to review and sign a rental agreement. Signing this document is required to complete your registration and receive your check-in instructions.
