The space
This house is a two bedroom, one bathroom and a Florida room. We have a laundry room with washer and dryer. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need to cook your favorite meals.

Other things to note
- REMOTE WORKERS- if you are a remote worker we provide you with great WIFI, a desk and a comfortable chair.

-LONGTERM RENTALS- we will charge a cleaning fee to prepare the house for the next rental at the end of your stay; during your stay you will be responsible for the cleaning and the laundry; however, should you need cleaning services during your stay, we can refer you to our cleaning company and you can hire them directly.

KAYAKS- Guests 18 yrs and up are allowed to use the kayaks without supervision. Two life jackets are provided and it is the responsibility of the guest to wear it at all times while on the water. The life jackets are located in the laundry room. Please contact host before using the kayaks to ensure safety.
