Step inside and you'll find a wood-burning stove for cosy nights in, a full-size shower, and a thoughtfully designed interior. The kitchen includes a two-ring induction hob, microwave/combo oven, toaster, fridge/freezer and kettle, perfect for easy home-cooked meals. Warm wooden finishes, soft lighting, and clever storage create a welcoming, rustic feel — blending modern comfort with countryside charm.
Outside, soak under the stars in your private wood-fired hot tub, or simply sit back and enjoy the tranquillity of rural Kent. Enjoy a BBQ with outdoor table and chairs.
The bed is dressed in crisp Egyptian cotton bedding, giving you that hotel-quality comfort while you relax in the quiet of the countryside.

Guest access
When you arrive the main gate will be open. Follow the drive all the way round past the house to the end where you can park. You will see the hut in front of you through the gate.
The keys will be in the lock box on the stairs of the hut for you when you arrive. The blue tab attached to the keys is for the main gate should you wish to go in and out. Just tap it on the keypad and the gate will open.
When you leave just leave the keys in lock box and I will have the main gate open
Other things to note
The heating is sourced by a log burner for the hut and for the hot tub. Please bear in mind you will need to be able to attend to the fires independently.
The hot tub will be pre lit and warm for your arrival and will stay warm for the first evening
If staying for more than 1 night the hot tub can take up to two to three hours or so to heat to temperature with a blazing fire and the lid closed. The tub will take longer to heat up if the fire is not blazing or the lid is not on. Watching and tending the fire with a nice glass of wine is all part of the pleasure of the country experience. If you have any trouble getting the fire going let us know as soon as possible and we'll do our best to assist.
This is a working farm, so you may see tractors, animals, and people about during your stay—please stick to the fenced garden area
