• For your security, exterior surveillance cameras are placed around the property (near the front door, side of home, and driveway). Please note, there are no cameras inside the home.
• Please take note that we require all guests to sign the Rental Agreement and fill out a Check In Form prior to your arrival.
• We are in a very nice residential neighborhood with great neighbors. Please be respectful.
• You’re welcome to park up to 4 vehicles on the property, with free parking available in the driveway.
• Our home is professionally treated quarterly for pests, but due to our tropical climate, you may occasionally spot an insect. We ask that you please keep doors and screens closed to minimize the chance of bugs entering. No compensation will be provided for any insects that might get inside.
• Liability and Risk: The hosts/co-hosts are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur on or off the property while using any equipment provided, such as the pool, steps, or entertainment items. By confirming this reservation, all guests accept responsibility for any potential harm caused by their use of the premises and equipment, whether used on-site or off-site.
