Our place is located in a convenient local neighborhood with excellent access to central Tokyo.
It’s just 2 stops / 6 minutes to Shinjuku and 14 minutes to Shibuya.
The nearest station is Daitabashi (Keio Line / Keio New Line), only a 3-minute walk from the apartment. The route is flat, so traveling with large luggage is easy.

The room includes a washer-dryer and a hanger rack, perfect for longer stays.

There is a coin laundry 30 seconds away as well.
High-speed Wi-Fi is provided for streaming and video calls.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor, and there is no elevator.
Please be careful when carrying luggage up and down the stairs.
Only guests who are comfortable with stairs should book.
The property is in an excellent location close to Shinjuku and Shibuya.
However, it is next to a main road, so traffic noise can be heard.
Earplugs are provided, but guests sensitive to noise should reconsider booking.

Check-in
The accommodation is self check-in using a key box.
After you enter your guest information, we will send:
• Directions from the nearest station (by the day before)
• A video showing the key-box code and entry steps (sent at 9:00 AM on the day of check-in)
Guest access
Room 401 is entirely private. There are no shared spaces with other guests.
Other things to note
This building does not have an elevator.
The room is on the 4th floor, so guests must use the stairs.
Please note that the stairs are narrow and steep, and extra care is needed when carrying luggage.
Parents should also watch their children closely.
For this reason, the accommodation may not be suitable for small children or elderly guests.
Please make a reservation only if you fully understand and accept these conditions.
We kindly ask that guests do not leave low reviews regarding the lack of an elevator, narrow stairs, or the age of the building.
The building was constructed in 1967, and it is indeed an older structure.
While the interior is cleaned by one of Tokyo’s top cleaning teams and kept very tidy, the exterior may feel old.
Please enjoy the charm of a classic Japanese building.
The apartment is very convenient—close to the station and near Shinjuku and Shibuya.
However, because it is located along a main road, traffic noise can be heard day and night.
Occasionally, you may also hear neighbor living sounds.
Although past guests have given high ratings, guests sensitive to noise may want to reconsider.
Please do not dispose of trash outside.
We will collect all garbage after check-out.

・During daytime hours, construction noise may be heard.
・No construction will take place on Sundays and national holidays.
