Guests have full access to the entire home, including all 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, laundry room, and outdoor areas. Enjoy the upstairs screened-in porch, picnic table, covered patio, and riverside dock.
Please note: locked owner’s closets and downstairs covered storage are restricted.
**The stairs leading to the beach area, (the dock is accessible) are not in operation, have missing steps, and are unsafe—guest access is strictly prohibited for safety reasons.**

🐾 Pet Policy
We would love to welcome your furry friends! 🐶 However, due to allergies, we are unable to host cats. We allow a maximum of two dogs per stay, and—due to insurance requirements—only non-aggressive breeds may visit.
Pets are welcome with a pet cleaning fee and must be approved in advance of booking. Any unapproved pets reported by our property inspector will be documented and reported to Airbnb.
Service animals are always welcome at no additional cost. Emotional support animals must be pre-approved and are subject to the pet cleaning fee.
Please bring your own bedding and pillows for your pets, as our guest bedding may not be used for animals. A dog bed is available in the closet for your convenience.
