12. Absolutely no decorations are allowed. This includes, but is not limited to, items such as confetti, streamers, balloons, banners, or anything that must be attached to the walls or surfaces. Do not use tape, tacks, nails, adhesives, or any other materials that could cause damage. Any evidence of party decorations or damage to paint, walls, or surfaces due to decorations will result in a penalty fee of up to $150.
13. Do not burn the candles provided in the unit. All candles are for decorative purposes only and are not to be lit under any circumstances. Any candle that shows signs of being burned or used will result in a fee of up to $50.
14. All bath towels and face towels must be returned at the end of your stay. Missing or damaged towels will result in a charge of $10 per towel.
15. All kitchen silverware and dishware must remain in the unit. This includes all forks, knives, spoons, and utensils. Any missing or damaged item will result in a charge of $10 per piece of silverware and $25 per pot and pan.
