This cozy apartment is located in the Residency Pueblo Benito on a quiet one-way street next to a large Paloma park. It is a 7 min walk from the beach Bil Bil and few steps from many restaurants, bars, cafes, grocery stores and local bus stops. Within walking distance (13 min walk) there is Arroyo de la Miel train station, from where it is 20 min to the airport and 30 min to Malaga city centre.

IMPORTANT: No Smoking everywhere including the terrace.

The space
Located on 1st floor without a lift. It is south and west facing. Includes: entrance, living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and terrace.
At extra cost (Eur 5 per night) there is a private enclosed garage within the residency. Otherwise there are several free parking spaces within the gated residency or a parking lane along the road just outside the residency.
Air conditioning in living room and the ceiling fan in the bedrooms and the living room. Smart TV with Netflix and YouTube. WIFI 300 Mb.

Double bed 160 cm and sofabed 140 cm and another sofabed 140 cm in the living room but maximum 4 people.

NO SMOKING in the entire apartment, including the terrace.
