“Samford Soul” is a charming workers 3 bedroom air-conditioned cottage, just a 2 minute stroll from Samford Village. The village has a large tavern + a wide range of cafes, banks, post office & large IGA supermarket.
The cottage is walking distance to lawn bowls, tennis, archery, soccer & rugby league.
Samford Village is in D’Aguilla National Park, bush walks, rock pools, waterfalls, & rainforests including Mt Glorious, Mt Nebo & Cedar Creek (+ 2 extra self-cont. flats available, see below).

There are also two separately listed AIrBnb self-contained flats at the rear of the property. The Flats have their own keyed entries. The only shared space is the backyard.

All of the house and all of the front yard and side yard are for your exclusive use.

The back yard is shared with 2 demountable cabin.

The Laundry is lockable at the rear of the property and does allow have access to the cottage. This laundry is shared with cleaning staff who only use it rarely, but keep some supplies there.

I’m a Brisbane local who loves spending my hours off working in my garden and hosting people at my home from all over the world! I love traveling and meeting new people whilst I also love my little bubble that I live in here in Brisbane. I’ve loved revamping my home and I hope you also love it as much as me.
