We’re located on the south end of Caye Caulker — quiet, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing away from the bustle of downtown. 🌴

Getting around is part of the island experience! Walking and pedal bikes are the main ways to explore, since Caye Caulker is about 4 miles long and 1 mile wide. Golf cart taxis and rentals are also available if you prefer wheels.

Approximate travel times from the property (by bike):
🚲 Grocery store – 5 minutes
🍴 Shops & restaurants – 10 minutes
🌊 The world-famous Split – 20 minutes

Please remember, Caye Caulker is a beautiful “Go Slow” island — life moves at an easy pace here.

Not suitable for children under 12. The unit is on the 3rd floor with stairs and railings. The home is also on the canal with open water access, and while the pool is gated, it is not childproof.

Our property is located on Caye Caulker, a small, laid-back tropical island in the Caribbean. The island is only 1 mile wide and 4 miles long, making it easy to get around by walking or pedal bike, which are the main forms of transportation here.

We are situated in a quiet area, approximately:
• 10 minutes walking or 5 minutes by pedal bike to the main village
• 20 minutes by pedal bike or 30 minutes walking to the tip of the island

If you prefer to step directly out of your accommodation into bars, shops, and restaurants, or if walking or biking is not something you enjoy, this may not be the right fit. Golf cart taxis and rentals are available, but if you want to be right in the middle of the bustle of town, we recommend choosing a different accommodation.

Wi-Fi: We provide the best Wi-Fi available on the island; however, please note that Caye Caulker is a remote tropical island, and internet reliability can vary due to weather and local infrastructure. If you require high-speed, uninterrupted Wi-Fi for remote work, video calls, or streaming, this property may not be suitable for your needs.
