* We offer detergent and sponge in the kitchen and toilet paper in the bathrooms. We do not redo if it ends during the stay.
* Do not leave garbage in the barbecue so as not to attract animals (cats and possums).
* It does not feel wet on the sofas, chairs and beds.
To clean these, we charge a fee of R$500.00.
* Do not smoke inside the house and do not throw cigarette guimbas through the garden.
* Sound is only allowed until 10 p.m. and after 8 a.m.
* In the event that any utensil of the house is lost or broken, it will be charged at the exit after check-out:
Plates Fund or large R$30.00 each / Dessert plate R$20.00 /Wine Cup R$30.00 each/Home Key R$30.00/Remote Control R$80,00 each (air/gate/tv and cable tv).
