We are in the district of Prati, one of the most beautiful and central in Rome, near the bus terminal of Piazzale Clodio and the Ottaviano San Pietro-Musei Vaticani metro stop (Line A), so move anywhere with ease. Prati is well connected: taxi, car sharing and public transport take you anywhere, and you can also get there easily from the airports (Fiumicino and Ciampino) or from the train stations (Termini and Tiburtina). It is an elegant, safe and authentic neighborhood, with the Courts and the Court of Appeal right in front of the house, guarded by cameras active 24 hours a day, so you'll always feel quiet, even at night.
A stone's throw away is Via Cola di Rienzo and Via Ottaviano, full of cute shops, fashion boutiques, cozy bookstores and historic cafes where you can stop for a break. And then there is the Trionfale Market, an ancient and gigantic market, full of genuine scents and flavors – cheeses, cold cuts, fresh vegetables, perfect for shopping or savoring the Roman tradition. For foodies, there are historic trattorias, wine bars, and bakeries that serve authentic Roman dishes, all within walking distance of the gate.
Inside, the apartment is small but cozy, well-kept, and makes you feel immediately at home, like a friend . It's quiet, and the balcony is small but perfect for a morning coffee ☕ or a glass of wine in the evening🍷, in total peace. You have fast Wi-Fi to work or share photos, air conditioning and heating for every season, two Smart TVs to relax with a movie under the blankets🛌, and a kitchen equipped for a calm breakfast or a light dinner. The building is quiet, with an elevator, and there is a supermarket on the ground floor open also on Sundays – super comfortable if you forget something.
If you're traveling with your beloved little dog, don't worry, you'll be greeted here with pleasure! After all, a vacation becomes even more beautiful when you can share it with your loved ones, without having to leave anyone behind. My goal is to make you feel at home, allow you to relax and give you an unforgettable stay. Being a pet-friendly structure, your loyal friend can take you on beautiful walks in the Roman parks that are wonderful in spring, such as Villa Borghese where you arrive quickly right inside the park with the 495 bus that stops very close to home ) or Villa Pamphili (bus 31) or on foot above the house the park of Monte Mario (protected nature reserve) . Below the house, on the right, you will find the evocative Borgo San Lazzaro, a small hidden corner of history and charm, with a medieval church... here time seems to have stopped.
And if you love cats, in the picturesque medieval street below the house you will find a feline colony... the famous Roman cats are waiting for you for some pampering and, who knows, maybe to keep you company while you relax after a day of exploring. Two of them are in the photos, sleepy in the early morning. Dear guest, I look forward to welcoming you with a smile and make you discover Rome in the most authentic way! ❤️

Other things to note
The bedroom is equipped with a very comfortable and brand new French double bed (140 cm x 200 cm) , with a brand new and orthopedic mattress. You sleep fabulously, as well as for the comfort of the mattress, also thanks to the silence you will enjoy (you can ask those who have been 😜here!!!. The bathroom, although small, has been recently renovated and is complete with everything, including the bidet and is equipped with a nice very spacious shower!
The apartment is located in a central position but outside the chaos of the historic center, full of authentic Roman restaurants (not tourist traps). The area is also very safe, in front of the building there are surveillance cameras everywhere and soldiers who guard the area 24 hours a day (since there is the Court of Appeal in front). There are paid parking lots (blue stripes) in the streets around the apartment (although finding parking, as in all of Rome, is not very easy). Quiet and comfortable.
