House Rules
Follow basic tasks before check-out (trash in dumpster, dishwasher on). Your stay includes a damage waiver that covers accidental damage of up to $2,500. Relax! No need to worry about accidentally spilling on a rug or breaking a glass. We've got it covered.

Guest access
The entire condo and everything in it is exclusively for guest use. The only exception is the locked mechanical closet.

Other things to note
Construction in the lobby of the building is completely done now so we are happy to report that guests won’t have to deal with any inconveniences related to that!

As part of the cost of their stay, our guests receive a damage waiver for up to $2,500 of accidental damage. No need to stress but please let us know if something gets broken so that we can arrange for its repair or replacement after your departure and be ready for our next guests.
