Guests have full access to the main house, including:

You’ll also have two private parking spots right at the property.
For larger groups or extended stays, you can also book a separate basement apartment in a nearby house. It has its own entrance, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and living space, and can be rented together for a combined stay.
Guests will have complete privacy, but may occasionally see neighbors in shared outdoor parking area.
Other things to note
• The backyard is fenced, but children and pets should still be supervised around the outdoor fireplace, hot tub and seating area.
• The house features a wood-burning fireplace; guests should follow the provided safety instructions.
• There is a separate basement apartment in a nearby house that can be rented together for larger groups of a ten person limit — ask the host for details.
• Noise: The home is in a residential neighborhood, so we ask guests to respect quiet hours in the evenings.
• Parking: Private parking is available; additional street parking is free.
• Entertainment: Nintendo 64 and other electronics are provided for guest use. Please handle with care.
