The neighborhood is beautiful completely residential and perfectly located as it is located 60 meters from the sea (crosses the street and is the alley to the sea)

The accommodation is in Punta Blanca, Santa Elena, Ecuador.
Very close by is San Pablo, where you can taste delicious coastal dishes, and there is also a gas station, a very good coffee shop restaurant, and a fully equipped supermarket.
