A beautifully presented Chalet Bungalow based on the edge of Solent Breezes Holiday park. Sea views over the Solent from the comfort of the open plan kitchen diner and lounge.
Light airy building ideal for relaxing either on the large leather sofas or on the furniture in the garden. In all weathers there is always something to see out of the large patio doors.
Stony beach and slipway for boats only metres from the property. Ideal for long walks watching the sunset and relaxing.

The space
Ideal quiet getaway for Couples or small friend groups to sit in peace and tranquillity watching the boats go by.

A large two car resin driveway awaits you upon arrival.

A side door then leads you into a conservatory with coat hooks and washer dryer.
Then into the vast kitchen diner and lounge. Enjoy a relaxing time on the leather sofas and armchair watching the boats go by or sit out on the patio on the chairs and table enjoying the views. Binoculars are supplied for you avid ship or bird spotters. Free Wi-Fi and Smart Tv.
The kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast- or why not try some of the pubs,restaurants and takeaways we recommend in our welcome pack?!
There is also a dishwasher and large fridge freezer as well as kettle,microwave and free standing oven.
Leading off of the kitchen toward the rear of the property first is the large bathroom with l shape shower/bath sink an W/C hand towels an bath Matt supplied.
The two king bedrooms are fully equipped with luxury bedding and towels and one an open wardrobe with lots of hangers. An the other a large wardrobe with draw.
The en-suite bathroom has a wet room shower, sink and mirror as well as the all essential loo, hand towels are supplied.

This property has specifically been designed for use as a holiday let newly renovated.

The patio has a rattan table and chair set. The garden is open and set up on a 10ft bank giving you panoramic views over the top of the lower chalets at Solent Breezes.

Sorry no pets, fires or BBQs.

Housekeeping live not far away and are on call 24 hours a day for emergencies.

The entire property it’s drive, patio and garden with sea views is fully available for you to use. We are happy for boats to be parked at the rear of the property(at your own risk) which can be used on the slipway in front of the Chalet. Please see local shipping laws and tides. There is plenty of room at the side of the property to park up bikes as the cycling in the area is great.

Our welcome pack has a wealth of knowledge of local things to do.
You can use Solent breezes (park holidays) facilities.
The outdoor swimming is open spring to autumn and you can purchase a pass from the park holidays office on site. The club house has entertainment food and drinks and is free for you to use most of the time unless they have a function. There is also a tennis court and small playground.
The stony beach and cliffs make a lovely walk and picnic area, as well as a slip way which can be used to launch small boats and craft. - we are more than happy for you to bring your boat nothing over 21ft and park on drive and use slipway (at your own risk) please see local tide times and rules in our welcome pack or online. It’s a great place to kayak or paddle board from. Life jackets must be worn at all times.
