Cozy single-family home in the middle of nature with the city a short drive away. Undisturbed location without transparency. Nice fishing area 100 meters from the property. On the ground floor there is a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom/laundry room. On the second floor there is a large living room, bathroom, a bedroom as well as two balconies (west facing and east facing). The outdoor areas consist of two terraces, large garden with greenhouse and trampoline. 3 cats live here They have their own room with chipped cat door. Be aware that you might experience that this is slower than what you are used to from home. It is not allowed to stream movies/TV, since there is a limited monthly quota.
