Waterfront vacation rentals in Kodiak Island

The Twisted Spruce was perfect for our stay. Easy to get around and we loved being right on the lake and watching the birds in the morning. The cabin had everything we needed and was very clean and cozy. Would highly recommend and I will definitely stay here next time I am in Kodiak. Amy was a great host and made everything super easy. Repeat Customer here, I've spent 2 weeks here in both Sept 2023 and 2024. Great location to walk to Brewery, Cidery, Coffee Shop, the Harbor, food trucks and prominent restaurants in Kodiak. Little to no traffic. This is a great place for you to base out of and explore. When we stay, its myself and my fishing buddy. We occasionally have local friends swing by to visit and hang out for an hour or two. Our host Laurie, delivered us another chair to make it more comfortable for us to spread out and visit so we all didn't have to sit on the same couch. It has been mentioned in other reviews there is an apartment upstairs, and yes when some is there, you can hear whoever is there when they move around. For us it wasn't a deal breaker, I never heard anything during the night. The place is clean, has a great deck to drink your coffee and watch the boats move in and out of the Harbor. Book it.

We come to Kodiak every year for the fishing. That said we weren't at the house during the daytime but the views of the harbor with boats going by in the evening and the kitchen had many extras like spices, dish soap, laundry soap made Okiyo’s place stand out.

Really enjoyed our holiday stay! They decorated the house for the holidays which was so nice! A very comfortable home with lots of sitting area, great views and a big, nice kitchen. Wonderful views of the bay from the windows too!

Born and raised on the island, but staying here felt like a new world! What a beautiful piece of Kodiak. The house was spacious, clean, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It had everything we needed and more. Jeff and his wife were so kind and opened their beautiful home to our family. Would love to come back and stay again one day. The banya was hot, the views were exceptional, and we loved the peace and tranquillity. Beautiful beaches, four wheeling, paddle boarding and site seeing.

Sometimes you stay at a place and it's a real pleasure to write a review. This is that place. I just loved it. It's not palatial and the floor's a little wonky in places, but it's super charming, the bed is really comfortable, and despite its size has plenty of space where it counts. Also it was very clean and there were some really nice touches. I was surprised to find coffee and 'fixins', a few sweet treats and breakfast bars, etc. It also looks out over the harbor and is a 5 minute walk (or less) to the marina and downtown area. I really appreciated that it was easy to find and check-in was very straightforward. I'd be happy to support this Airbnb again!

Lacey's place in Kodiak was perfect for us and Lacey is an awesome host. The place is spacious, well appointed and very comfortable. I highly recommend it and won't hesitate to book it again on any future visits to Kodiak!

The place was close to town and an absolutely stunning view from the deck. Very easy to find, and was definitely top notch. We would definitely stay here again!
