** Everything you see in this tour, is everything I want people to know about Batu Caves and Malaysia. We believe you will deep in love with every single things in this land Note: Eventhough there's staircase but the entire tour will be done at a leisure pace & suitable for almost everyone. Great especially for families, couples or friends group. The first stop of the tour will be at an authentic local breakfast spot to get some light breakfast. Witness the unique scene of Malaysian "Breakfast Rush Hour" and savor a light yet flavorsome meal. Then, we will make our way to Batu Caves after the great fuel up. We will be looking at the colorful temple and immersed into the interesting history and culture of Hindu's in Malaysia while soothing chanting sounds can be heard from the temple. As you ascend with the 272 colorful steps into the caves, stunning view of the Golden Statue will be right beside you. Keep your eyes on the playful wild monkeys along the way. In the caves itself, you would be able to notice the temple cave and how massive is this great cavern with ceiling about 90m. You will be able to discover the harmonious blending of nature and religion, an experience that will leave you in awe. Hidden Bar Hopping With A Local
Join me for a night out in town !!! We will be going to my top favorite speakeasy bars (3 or 4 hidden bars) around Pasar Seni (close to Chinatown). Each has a different theme and ambiance. The KL Urban jungle has lots of hidden doors that lead to amazing sights, smells, and sounds. Plus, we'll go for a nice dinner around the area so you can enjoy the local food. On top of that, we will be walking from one location to another and that would also be a part of the experience where you can enjoy the night lights around Old KL City (Pasar Seni). I would like to share the experiences and excitement that these bars have given me when I'm out drinking with my friends. We'll discuss various topics, especially about Southeast Asia, Malaysia, and Kuala Lumpur, or where ever the conversation leads us. If you guys would like to continue the night, I would be more than happy to suggest clubs or bars. Note: Cocktails may cost from RM 30 to RM 50 per glass. Beers may cost from RM 13 to RM 20 per bottle/can. For men, shoes are required.
Dragonback Trek
The Dragonback Trek has been my signature trek for the last 11 years offering a superb once in a lifetime view. This is a fully guided trekking trip with a cheerful host. Group size are kept very small and personal for comfort and safety from 2- 6 pax maximum. A short 30 minutes drive from Kuala Lumpur City Centre would bring you to a local Malaysian suburb. At the top of the ridge expect to get a panoramic view of pristine virgin jungle on one side, and KL city on the other. The whole trek will take around 2.5 – 3 hours (depending on fitness level) inclusive of rest stops and photo snapping sessions. We will pick you up bright and early in the morning from your Airbnb accommodation at 6.30am. Trips typically lasts from 6.30am to 11.30am local time. A fresh set of clothes (t-shirt, shorts and flip flops) would make the experience all the more comfortable as you would be super sweaty, yet satisfied after the trek. The dates blocked are for scheduling purposes. Do let us know among our 5 favorite trips (Backcountry Cycling, Banana Waterfall Trek, Cultural Riverside Cycling), alternative date and group size and we will try to assist. Message us via Airbnb.

I will be your local friend & private guide (you will not be sharing the tour with anyone else). I can also recommend local delicacies based on your dietary needs/restrictions. On top of that, if you have any question about solo traveling, I will be more than happy to share tips and stories. This tour is also ideal for those on a layover in KLIA, as it starts and ends in KL Sentral, which is easily accessible from the airport. Please note, however, that it takes 1 hour to travel between these two points. I can make minor adjustments based on your time, but please let me know before booking. Note: This is a walking tour. Chef-Curated Kuala Lumpur Street Food Tour
With Malay, Indian and Chinese influences, it's no wonder that Malaysian food is a lip-smackingly complex beast. We'll meet at 5.30pm in Chow Kit and Kampung Baru - one of last old districts yet to be developed into glassy high rises. Away from the tourists at Jalan Alor, you'll find local tight-knit communities - known for their traditional wooden housing and delicious nightly street eats. We'll end at Petronas Towers by 9.30pm. Our professional team of foodie guides will weave a route that was carefully curated by our founding chef, with dishes picked for their varying tastes and culinary history. No other food tour in KL offers 14+ food tastings (all included) and depth (4 hours). Firm favourites are fragrant bowls of laksa, hand stretched rotis with a trio of curries, nasi lemak with piquant sambal, herbal chicken rendang, mackerel freshly grilled with freshly ground curry paste, nasi kerabu with blue flower rice and soothing iced cendol, among much more. Whilst it's possible to attempt such a culinary marathon yourself, if you want the real deal, come join us on our moveable food feast! *Special Diets: suitable for lactose or gluten intolerances, but not for vegetarians as you'll have to skip several dishes (OK for pescatarians who can have shrimp paste). It is halal with no pork on the menu. Not advised for severe food allergies due to risk of cross-contamination*
