We are a licensed property in a Hotel Zoned community, unaffected by the short term rental ban passed by the Maui Council in Bill 9. Book with confidence! NOTE: The Kihei Kai Nani resort has been zoned as a Hotel / Business Resort since it was built in the 70's. It is not one of the resorts being targeted by current legislation to curb Short Term Rentals on Maui.

The living room has a split Air Conditioner. Free parking in a dedicated parking stall. Kihei Akahi is a "Hotel Zoned" complex compliant with STR (Short Term Rental) legislation.
