The place is very great, beyond expectation. It's clean, and completed with many amenities, so we don't have to worry much about staying.

Haloo kaa, very very trusted & really really comfortable. Access everywhere is good easy to go down directly Indomart hahaha. Very very fast respond as well. Right until it's good to have air conditioning etc. It's on and the place when it's always good to just rest. It's just a problem in the wifi because when we turn on for some reason it's just a few minutes and then you can charge it😔. Overall score 8.9 is out of 10! very very recommended for those looking near BSD!

Great place very complete apartment with all you need for a peasant stay

Ibu Rosa is very helpful and fast respond. I didn't meet her during the stay but she gave me good instructions and sent a lot of helps from her people. I booked the listing in the last minute and she responded it very quickly. Her property is in a good location. There are so many food stalls on GF, she has clean apartment with a balcony facing the swimming pool.

It's still worth it for 1 person trip , tho they don't have the wifi. Everything's good.

I had to attend an event near Tangcity Mall and decided to stay at Mas Angga's unit because it was quite near to the location. It's also not too far from train station (which was important) and a convenience store (which I loved). I didn't really get the chance see around, but I just really appreciate that it was mostly quiet most of the time. Mas Angga was really helpful and easy to communicate with throughout my 5-day stay. Cheers, Mas Angga! Would definitely love to stay there again if I have to visit the area.

Although it's a little bit pricy for the indonesian standard, it's absolutely worth it. Nice balcony, cozy apartment, clean toilet ( with hot water BUT no toilet paper). The location is a little bit far for a touristic visit to Jakarta but totally recommended if you have other purpose to come to the city

Very quiet! Probably the first place I ever stayed in Indonesia where I never heard any barking dogs. Nice small office and bedroom, it's a nice home. Plus a big smart TV too.

Sita's place is very close to ICE BSD hall. We stayed at the place for 5 days. The villa is located inside a fully secure housing society. Sita had provided all the instructions, the check-in queries and check-out was very smooth. I would highly recommend this place if you're planning to stay near the BSD hall

Very tidy and lovely AirBnb place with big capacity equipped with everything you need. A good bed and nice bathroom. Charles is a great host and there when you need him, Very nice and super helpful. Since its located in housing area its better if we don't put up events thats loud tough. A chill event is better for the sake of the close neighbours We had a great stay, thank you!

Hello! I’ve used Adriel’s unit for 15 nights and I don’t have any regrets! Adriel is very responsive and kindly accommodating the requests that I had. The building is located in a strategic position ,walking distance from MRT that I used to go my office and department store Lotte Avenue. The building itself is brand new, clean , with very friendly staff. The apartment is very nice , great view and literally fully equipped. Overall, highly recommended and hope to use again! 😉

I had a wonderful experience staying at Judicka's apartment. The location was excellent, especially for travelers flying between cities in Indonesia, as it's close to the domestic airport. Judicka was a fantastic host, always responsive and quick to answer any questions I had. She also provided great suggestions, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent hospitality.

There is a subway station "Setiabudi Astra" nearby. There are 2 convenience stores in the building, but be careful as they close at 10pm. There are over 20 coffee shops, food stalls in the building next door that you can go without getting wet in the rain, so you won't have any trouble finding a meal. But they also closed before 10pm. The lobby staff are very helpful. There's always water in the corner of the toilet. This cannot be repaired by the staff. It's okay if you use it carefully. The kitchen and dishes and cooking utensils were not dirty, but lacked a sense of cleanliness. I washed them all once before we using them. The hand towels in the bathroom were also darkened over time. (I know they are already after washing.) I would like to stay here again if I go to Jakarta.
