Cleanliness & Comfort The room was impeccably clean, with modern decor and a very comfortable bed. I felt at home the moment I walked in. Although the train station is just nearby to the room but I dont feel the sound of the train affect my stay. Amenities The amenities were top-notch like WIFI, kitchen, washing machine. I especially enjoyed the availability parking during night night time , which made my stay even more special. Overall Experience Overall, this was one of the best stays I’ve had in a long time. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, offers a perfect blend of comfort and fantastic service. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay!

Absolutely beautiful and spacious. One of the coolest and most luxurious spaces I’ve ever stayed in. The neighbourhood had a unique vibe. The sauna heated up quickly and was so clean. The jacuzzi was massive! This whole experience was like living at a spa. Everything smelled really good too! The beach sunsets were also incredible.

Clean, Modern, and Comfy! I really enjoyed my stay here. it's actually the first place I stayed in Japan that had a bed side lamp! overall I can easily reccomend this place, it looks exactly like the photos and it's a very nice stay. Kae’s Place has everything you need for a comfortable and uncompromised stay! It’s close to everything, with plenty of great food options nearby. I would absolutely love to stay there again! Highly recommended.

This is my second time staying at Fukuura house, I had a truly amazing experience 5 years ago, and really happy to be back! Yukotoshi is a perfect host as always! since my luggage was abit heavy, he came to pick me up from where I was staying and drove me to Manazuru and helped me to move them up the stairs ! On the day of check out, he also helped to drive me to the station which made my check in and out very smooth! since I'm staying over the new year, Tsumugi san also invited me to learn making the お正月飾り , even though I don't understand Japanese well enough to follow the steps, but it was great fun joining the manazuru neighborhood to learn something traditional together ! On the new year day , with Yukitoshi San and his friend, we had a wonderful walk to 天照山神寺 for 初詣! and on the way we also stopped by 大觀山 and saw a perfect Mount Fuji , nothing could be better than that to kick off 2025! Thanks Yukitoshi and Tsumugi to make my trip fully enjoyable!

Friendly host, quiet but still convenient location. I like staying in a traditional Japanese home, which is peaceful and special to me.

Speaking of truth in advertising, this place is exactly as the photos suggest and had everything we needed. We used the stick vacuum every day. This place is very close to Togoshi-Koen train station, which is two stops away from the bus stop for the limousine service to Haneda and the bus stop is easy to get even at the height of the morning rush hour. In front of the Togoshi-Koen train station are two grocery stores, one quite large. There are also two parks nearby, one of which is a beautiful Japanese garden. During our two-week stay we had some work to do, for which having a dining room that can seat 4 people came in handy, serving as a work station for two people. The host did everything possible to help us and was also accommodating, including readily agreeing to our request to stay a few hours beyond the standard check-out time. If you are looking for value for money in a quiet area, you would do well to consider this place.

Such a wonderful space to stay in! Traditional Japanese home very close to public transportation and grocery stores. Highly recommend for long stays. We were there for a month and it was wonderful!!! Gave us an authentic experience for what it would be like to live in Japan. And Yumiko is a great host! Very responsive and easy to work with. Definitely staying here next time we come to Japan!

I had a very relaxing trip while feeling the sea breeze in a luxurious location, 30 seconds to the sea, right next to the Imperial Palace.My dog was very happy and enjoyed the walk.A very spacious house made with history and tradition and a bath with a cypress-inspired jacuzzi, refreshing at its best refreshment!It was also kept clean and well-equipped with amenities for living and cooking, and it was close to a supermarket and parking lot, so we had a pleasant time.Highly recommended for those who want to enjoy Hayama and Ichiko Coast!!

Nobu was incredibly responsive and helpful with any question we had. His home was spotless and exactly as advertised. Nobu’s home and hospitality was top notch, highly recommended.

During our university spring break, we had the pleasure of staying in the Akatsuki room at Canvas, a place that truly felt like a home away from home. Surrounded by convenience stores, supermarkets, and a pharmacy, the location ensured we lacked for nothing. The Akatsuki room, which is pet-friendly and fully equipped, offered us all the comforts we could wish for. Given Canvas's prime location near the sea, we were just a short walk away from the beach. The winter seascape was stunningly beautiful, a view so mesmerizing that it alone makes extending your stay worthwhile. We highly recommend booking a longer stay to fully immerse yourself in the serene beauty and tranquility this place has to offer.

A fabulous place to use as a base to explore Tokyo. 5 blocks away from the train line easily connecting to most of the major stations. Lots of little shops around to stock with quick meals. Clean, quiet, safe and cozy. The beds were very comfortable and helped us rest from busy days out. Hiro was excellent at communicating too and all our needs were catered for. We would love to come back and stay at Hiro’s place again.

Fantastic place. The location is great as its an easy walk to all the buzz of Shibuya, and also an easy stroll to the mark city bus station where the airport limousine buses depart from. The apartment was super clean, great to have a washing machine, and we liked that there was no key - just a door access code.

It was very spacious and clean. Also easily accessible from the train station. We could even check in earlier, lovely host!

Good location and a comfortable place for a family of 4.

Conveniently located about 300m from Hiyoshi station. It is close to essential amenities like convenience stores, department stores, train station, bus station, post office, bank etc. Everything is well within walking distance. perfect for Keio University students.

We are a family of four and we had the perfect peaceful and spacious apartment in Setagaya (30 mins from Shibuya). Each person had their own room. The host and her family were very friendly and accommodating. The kitchen was spacious. We had a lot of room to move. There are 2 toilets which really make a lot of difference. The local restaurants are very good (especially the chicken cutlet just across the apartment). It's very relaxing to come home to it after a busy day in the city. There are so many things to see in Setagaya. The only wish we had was that we could stay longer. We will definitely book this apartment again if we ever get to come back. Our most heartfelt gratitude to the host and her family for making our stay very comfortable and for approving our last minute request to book. The apartment made the whole trip very special.

We spent 3 days in David’s home, we were 7 people , grandma&granpa included ! The home was a real japanese accomodation, the area is quiet and perfect to have a very japanese experience. Very simple to join everywhere by train and/or subway. We raccomand David’s home and we hope to come back soon !

We had a wonderful stay and so easy to find. The location is excellent for everything you need when coming to Tokyo! The communication and flexibility was awesome. If you're coming to Tokyo and need a place please think twice before going to an expensive hotel and come here!
