Working in a dynamic and passionate team, our Social Media and Content specialist will be working on creating a local Airbnb presence across Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and all other social channels with a focus on listening to, engaging with, and growing our audience across key platforms in the local market. Target focussed you will plan and coordinate newsletter campaigns in line with Airbnb’s global CRM strategy. You will create and distribute e-mails, newsletters and newsletter cycles with content that will cause users to open, read and act on the e-mail in the way that is intended. Airbnb is looking for a world-class Social Media/CRM Coordinator with deep knowledge of social media and CRM and a strong track record in creating innovative campaigns, and a great understanding of what a vibrant community brings to a brand. You will work closely with people across our Marketing, Community, Customer Experience, Product, and Communications teams in Airbnb’s headquarter as well as support our Local Ops team's efforts and initiatives throughout Brazil.
