Airbnb will provide our carefully selected partners with online assets and infrastructure to diversify and differentiate their products and services with our unique content and passionate community. The right candidate will be able to speak the language of APIs and feature requirements to our engineers and product managers, build and strengthen relationships with our new and existing partners, and evangelize our value proposition to the travel distribution ecosystem.

Work hand-in-hand with product and engineering to create and maintain a suite of products designed to integrate seamlessly with our distribution partners including the development of a richly-featured API and a management interface for our partners
Develop an operations and account management playbook including quality management, brand guidelines enforcement, revenue management, etc.
Improve partner relationships through traffic quality optimization, regular communication with partner points of contact, and collaborative implementation of new features
Collaborate with business development teams to ensure that new partnership deals incorporate the best of what the partner program has to offer and ensure that feasibility needs are met and adhered to
Collaborate with marketing, communications and international teams to promote our partnerships through press releases, blog posts, and other media
Contribute to the “brain trust” of innovation across all online marketing channels, including search, display, social and affiliate/partner marketing
8-10 years of business development, account management and partner marketing experience
Prior roles leading an in-house partner marketing department, including account management teams
Technical aptitude, specifically around API development
Ability to provide thought leadership and direction to a cross-functional team spanning engineering, product, marketing and analytics and manage complex projects with aggressive timelines
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Excellent analytical skills (you must LOVE data)
