As part of an entrepreneurial team, you will actively work on building and maintaining programs that recognize our Top Hosts for a job well done.
Hosts are creating magical experiences and leaving lasting memories that Airbnb wants to recognize. In this role you will help map out different recognition programs inc. Host Awards, Superhost & Host Rewards and work closely with our partners in the Hospitality Lab to test the feasibility of them.
In maintaining these programs you are a close resource and partner for our top hosts- listening and aggregating regular feedback.
Ability to project scope, define goals and create deliverables. Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications plan.
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and Department head.
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
Build out programs that support Top Hosts and recognize them for their work: Host Awards, SuperHosts and Host Rewards.
Maintain the programs and scale them effectively by collaborating closely with the product team.
Provide a data & impact-driven approach to program creation. Work closely with the analytics team to understand business return.
In partnership with the Community and Customer Experience teams build a strong feedback loop with hosts. Stay in regular touch with our hosts, building a partnership.
Curate recognition content from hosts or guests to be featured on the site.
Work to meet deadlines and targets in a small entrepreneurial team.
Understand cross cultural recognition needs; Be able to customize programs and localize as needed with our market experts.
Find opportunities to motivate average hosts to become better through recognition strategies.
Requirements/Desired Experience & Skills:
Minimum 3 years program management experience, highly operational.
Experience in a client/user facing position, interacting with customers.
Strong collaboration skills with other departments.
Strong public speaking ability
