Reporting into Customer Experience and collaborating heavily with Product, the Customer Voice team develops actionable insights by leveraging customer feedback and key metrics to positively inform the customer experience. The role of the Project Manager is to plan, execute and finalize projects on the Customer Voice team that create transparency into trends in the customer journey.
