The movements are linked to the breath and classes are started with variations of sun salutations to warm and prepare our bodies for more intense stretching done towards the end of the class. The practice is gentle yet refreshing with plenty of modifications to make yoga accessible for everyone. I favour verbal cues and avoid any hands-on adjustments. Mats are disinfected after each use. This is an outdoor yoga class on a public beach. We can't control the weather or any distractions on the beach around us. It is your responsibility to consult a doctor to confirm that you are in good health to practice yoga. Experience the sunset over the island and surrounding volcanos from a remote volcano top and then stargaze from the inside of the volcano crater - unique and unforgettable experience! As well you will find and track stars and planets in the sky + learn a bit more about stargazing. From the meeting point, you will have to drive your cars to a remote volcano in the area. The last leg of the drive will be a dirt track uphill leading to the parking lot. Parked on a volcano we will start with a ~800m hike on a track to reach the summit of a volcano (as it is impossible to drive all the way we will park cars midway). From the top, you will experience the end of the sunset over the island and be able to see over the island and the ocean. After the sunset, we will start walking down from the peak and walk inside the volcano crater where it is completely dark to spend some time looking at the stars and star constellations in the sky. We will have an amazing 360 view on the stars with no visible light from surroundings and almost 0 light pollution. During the experience, we will take a look at stars and to the moon (when it will be visible), I will show some sky objects and explain what you can see with a naked eye, what you can't see and why. As well - show you how you can super easily find and track stars, planets and other objects in the sky using a cool app. Other things to note Please have some warm clothes with you as nights are cold and it is very windy at the top of the volcano. Please be 10 min early, otherwise, we will be late to experience sunset light over the mountains.

The SSI try dive experience begins at the magnificent Playa Chica, where you'll receive a comprehensive briefing on the basic concepts of diving, including the use of equipment, underwater communication, and safety procedures. After gearing up, we'll head into the sea for a guided dive in the crystal-clear waters surrounding the beach. As we descend into the depths, you'll be amazed by the vibrant marine life that surrounds us, including the impressive flora and fauna that make Lanzarote a popular destination for divers. From colorful tropical fish to majestic rays, the underwater world is full of wonders that will leave you breathless (figuratively and literally). During the dive, an experienced SSI instructor will be by your side, ensuring your safety and guiding you through the experience. We'll also take photos and videos during the dive so that you can relive the adventure and share it with your friends and family. After the dive, we'll return to the shore where you'll have a chance to debrief and reflect on the incredible experience. The entire SSI try dive experience lasts about 2.5 hours.

At 10 am we meet at the Red Star Surf School in Caleta de Famara. Here you will get the right wetsuit and surfboard for your level. From the surf school, it's a short 2-minute drive to the beach in our air-conditioned surf school van. 10: 30-14:30 Practical surfing lessons on the beach and in the water in small groups, including a short safety introduction, stretching and surfing exercises. 14: 30-15:00: Back to the surf school for video analysis. Here you can watch your surfing on a big TV! Video is undoubtedly one of the best tools to improve your surfing. Improve much faster and eliminate common mistakes thanks to the helpful technical feedback from your surf instructor. We love and live surfing, and you will love our professional and passionate approach. Other things to consider: Bring swimwear, flip-flops, sunscreen and get ready for a fantastic time!

Curious about surfing? Or have you already taken a surf course, but you find it hard to reproduce what you've learned and want to refresh? I would like to invite you to try my method! In groups of a maximum of 4 participants, away from the crowds, you will learn what is important in a relaxed workshop atmosphere. In total, about 60 minutes of warm-up, theory and practice await you and about 90-120 minutes in the water, divided into small sections in which you will learn step by step. There is time for small breaks between sections whenever you need. You get used to the quite wobbly situation on the board quickly, get a sense of how you catch waves, bring the board to glide and get stably on your feet. My action cam is my steady companion. I'll provide you with the shots via Dropbox download as memory and for video analysis for your next sessions, Meeting point is half an hour before the start of the course. I plan the sessions for the perfect tidal situation for beginners and intermediates. Please be as punctual as possible. I can wait for you, but the tides won't. Get ready for an unforgettable scuba diving experience under the sea! No previous scuba diving experience necessary! The clear waters and undersea life off Lanzarote make it an ideal place to try scuba diving for the first time. This scuba diving experience makes it easy to give diving a try, and discover whether it’s for you without committing yourself to a longer scuba diving course. When you arrive at the dive centre we will complete paperwork, including a brief medical history to check you are fit to do the dive. Safety is a huge priority so we will start off with a briefing on scuba essentials, what to do while underwater, how to breathe and all about the dive you are about to go on. We will then find a wetsuit, mask, fins and boots that fit you. Once they are on it's time to stroll down to Playa Chica where the equipment will be waiting for us. We will put it on and walk into waist deep water where we will practice the breathing. Once you are comfortable we will go underneath the water where we will practice 3 skills with you. Once you have completed these we will go for the dive! It's time to go and explore Playa Chica bay and experience its magical underwater world. You will be with myself or one of our experienced and fully insured PADI instructors throughout the dive on this small-group experience. We will go for a scuba dive to 6 metres for 30 - 35 minutes.

Hello I am Max and I have been working as a surf instructor in Fuerteventura for 8 years . I would like to invite you to an individual surf coaching (ISA licensed). In consideration of your level of surfing (beginner or advanced) and knowledge, you will experience with me a surf session that is completely focused on your ability. The focus is on the pillars: theory, functional training, practice, safety, movement/video analysis. With a telephone exchange, we will get to know each other briefly and then arrange a meeting place. After that, we'll head to the surf spot together. Upon Arrival we start with spot guiding as well as the theoretical lessons before we get into the water. At the end of the session, we will reflect on the surfing, speak about your mistakes and evaluate the Video footage of your surfing. There are plenty of Surf Schools that offer lessons in large groups and mixed skill levels , and they make up a large part of the so-called "surf business." I offer a real alternative to the common mass processing of regular surf schools. The private lesson enables you to have a safe surfing experience, that will help expand your horizon, improve mistakes quicker, learn new techniques faster, and provide the necessary knowledge to enjoy surfing with confidence !
